Minutes for Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business

Colorado Springs Friends Meeting

Twenty-second day of the sixth month

In Attendance: Lisa Lister, Jeremy Nelson, Maria Kelson, Sarah Callbeck

1. Opening silence at 11:27am Rebekah on Business

2. Acceptance of 4th month minutes.

3. Committee reports

   A finance committee member went over the cash flow report up to the end May. Funds were transferred from mortgage and utilities reserves to checking. Discussed was reducing reducing the Meeting's listing in Friend's Meeting.

   Business Meeting decided the distribution of funds to local organizations as follows, one friend made a special donation.

   1. MESA House $50
   2. One Nation Walking Together $50
   3. Roots of Injustice $50

4. New Business:

   1. Transfer of Helen Knudsen's membership to Wyoming Friends Meeting The transfer was accepted and minuted.

   2. Special donation request from "Roots of Injustice" workshop from Boulder Meeting - Maria

5. Announcements

   1. Lisa mentioned that she will be out of state for the next business meeting.

   2. If people have donations to One Nation Walking, the Meeting will have boxes for donated items.
